Foodies, here’s one you won’t want to miss. There’s just two-nights left to enjoy a four-hands Omakase menu at Nobu. The multi-course menu brings together the expertise of Nobu Hospitality’s Corporate Chef Hervé Courtot and Nobu Dubai’s Chef Damien Duviau and will give UAE-based Nobu fans a unique opportunity to sample entirely new-to-the-region dishes. On the night, expect to sample dishes like sardine yuzu soy olive oil, dry miso truffle nori tacos and lamb loin with yuzu kosho yakitori and pickle artichoke.

Sleek DIFC Japanese restaurant Clap has launched a new business lunch menu that’s perfect for entertaining clients or getting together with friends. Priced at Dhs115, the set-menu starts with a punchy miso soup, followed by a choice of two starters and a main. Options include starters of squid karaage and crispy rice salmon mains like miso black cod, duck ramen or Wagyu beef danburi. There’s also the option to add dessert for Dhs35, where you can choose between matcha cheesecake or vanilla peanut millefeuille.

Ayanna Joni, New York-based singer and former The Voice star has just begun a three-month residency at Palazzo Versace’s intimate live music venue, Q’s Bar & Lounge.
