Aventura Parks, Dubai’s biggest zipline park out in Mushrif, has welcomed January with a selection of new adrenaline-filled activities. There are new additions for families, friends and fitness-fanatics alike to get involved with across the 35,000 square metre Ghaf tree forest location.
Himalayan Challenge
If you are looking to take your New Year’s fitness regime to a whole new level then you may want to consider taking part in the new Himalayan Challenge. For Dhs75, you’ll get a fix of nature and adventure in one with the 12-metre climbing wall, aptly named Himalaya. Think you can reach the summit in less than 27.9 seconds? If so then you win a complimentary ticket to Aventura Parks. Race you to the top!
Get out and about
You can maximise the adventures with your gang in tow with the array of challenges at Aventura Parks. From Dhs149, you can rise to the challenge to complete 24-ziplines, six circuits and 80 obstacles in three hours. Commanding slightly less endurance, there’s the one-and-a-half-hour single circuit experience for Dhs95.
Nature Village
Open until 10pm every evening (except Tuesdays), the new Nature Village is the place to cool off after your adventures. There’s a new Chill Zone and arts and crafts area to keep kids occupied. What’s more, the hangout is kitted out with a movie projector, board games and bean bags to sprawl out on. Phew!
