Armani‘s top chefs will be hosting a one-off signature lunch
Visitors of Expo 2020 Dubai are in for a culinary treat this February, thanks to Armani Hotel Dubai.
Three of its top-ranked chefs will be taking to the 2020 Club by Emaar lounge at Expo site to deliver a one-off gourmet signature lunch on Saturday February 5.
Diners will be taken on a culinary adventure with flavours from around the world, from Italy and India to Japan and beyond.
From Dhs288 for the soft drinks option and Dhs395 for the lunch including house beverages, expect an unlimited buffet dining experience. There will be more than 20 standout signature dishes from Armani/Amal, Hashi and Ristorante to get stuck into.
During the lunch, you’ll get the chance to explore contemporary Japanese flavours from Chef SK Choi of Armani/Hashi with a made-to-order sushi and maki selection, seaweed salad and delectable wagyu beef tataki and black truffle favourite.
Delight in an Italian excursion with regional delights courtesy of Chef Giovanni Papi, featuring dishes such as his classic take on vitello tonnato and caprese salad to a rich and creamy saffron risotto mantecato with osso buco ragu.
To top things off, chef Ashwani Kaw will add a touch of spice to the cool winter weather with his all-time bestselling masala black cod, an exquisite jhinga moiley (prawn stew) and, of course, a warm hearty bowl of dal makhni.
