At the culinary helm of Tamoka is the award-winning chef de cuisine, Cesar Bartolini. Chef Cesar’s illustrious career first set sail in the beautiful South American nation of Argentina. Since then, his journey of discovery has taken him from Buenos Aires to London and onwards Dubai.

And the Latin American flavour continues with the vibes of the new JBR spot. Key to life and times at Tamoka is the sailing away on ‘buena onda’ (good vibes) which you can do from noon through until the early hours every day.

The laid-back ambiance sways to the tracks of resident DJs, as well as daily saxophone player who will be impressing guests with tunes at sunset to usher in a delightful evening. You can also expect fun and interactions with the drummer.

The excitement doesn’t end there. Once the sun begins to set, step across the sand to Caña by Tamoka for a spectacular sundowner. There’s no need to make reservations at this special spot.

As the evening draws in, embrace the carnival spirit sparking the night alive with Tamoka’s lively and vibrant mixology inspired by exotic shores – you can even oversee the crafting of your own pours.

Stir into the recipe uninterrupted views of Ain Dubai and the azure waters of the Arabian Gulf and you can see why stopping in at Tamoka is so tempting.

Children of all ages are welcome to Tamoka restaurant. No children are allowed at Tamoka Beach, the bar or Caña by Tamoka.
