Table Otto opens in Dubai Mall offering French and Italian twists

Wildly innovative dishes blend the two beloved cuisines

Table Otto will shake up the mall dining scene in Dubai with a revolutionary casual gastronomical experience. On Thursday March 3, The Dubai Mall welcomed this innovative fusion concept that marries two of the world’s most popular cuisines, French and Italian.

Simplicity is the key to Table Otto – Table Eight in Italian – as the two country’s foods come together in a grand melting pot. Originally based in Kuwait, Table Otto first came to the UAE at Yas Mall in Abu Dhabi. Now, the restaurant arrives in Dubai and makes its debut at the city’s most luxurious mall.

A team of highly trained chefs have created eye-catching recipes and will now craft the dishes that set Table Otto apart. Starting with breakfast, Table Otto offers treats such as baked mushroom eggs with truffle hummus toast; flatbread with a runny egg, kale pesto, mozzarella and sundried tomatoes; smoked salmon with poached egg, hollandaise, and sautéed kale layered over a seeded bagel.

A brûlée white chocolate pancake with torched meringue, honeycomb, and maple custard demonstrates that Table Otto sets to be ambitious with its menu.

Later in the day, lunch and dinner see the chefs at Table Otto rustle up pizzas and pastas with intriguing twists such as hot honey pepperoni pizza and penne labneh arabiata.

The one-of-a-kind coffee sriracha shrimp, chicken fettah salad and the short rib musakhan rolls, meanwhile, also give the culinary team an opportunity to show off their avant-garde ideas and skilled techniques, the like of which have rarely been seen before in a mall environment and which make Table Otto a true original.
