Love barbecue? Seagrill Bistro has reignited its authentic wood burning barbecue pit, and there’s a tasty line-up of brilliant bites on the menu.
Pitched up next to the crisp white beach with gorgeous views of the Dubai Marina skyline and Ain Dubai, the Seagrill Bistro barbeque will be grilling up a feast for carnivores this winter.
Juicy, tender meats will be plated up alongside hearty sides, with plentiful beverages lending to a lively Ibiza-style atmosphere.
And those drinks will be poured courtesy of a brand-new, branded mixed drink pop-up bar that is sure to help raise the roof.
Guests can sip on specially curated mixed drinks such as the thirst-quenching Palm Breeze, which combines fresh pomegranate and chunks of fresh pink grapefruits topped with chilled cranberry juice.
There’s also the Sunset Chaser, hinted with fresh vanilla and finished with fresh orange for a true tropical kick.
The Canadian Lobster is another crowd favourite, served with avocado and Datterino tomatoes for a fruity punch.
Guests can also indulge in a Premium Chilled Seafood Platter to share with friends, featuring king crab legs, oysters, mussels, prawns, yellow fin tuna, salmon tartar and Canadian lobster with condiments.
For a more theatrical affair, there is a delicious range of food options available cooked on the wood fire swing barbeque, such as black Angus grain fed US prime rib, tomahawk, grilled whole fresh red snapper with a tomato and herb crust, barbecue Spanish octopus with herbs, chilli and roasted fennel seeds, plus other mouth-watering options for all.
DJ Kozy is on the decks, spinning funky, beachside sundowner sounds every Thursday to Saturday from 5pm to 9pm.
